Well, we we had an awesome 4 days deer hunting together. (Sorry to any of you who might be bothered by the first two pictures!) We stayed in this little cabin for two days with our girls and it was great. Mathew got his 4 point on opening day... after I shot at it and simultaneously hit myself in the forehead with the scope when I fired the gun. Anyways, I told him to go after it and he shot it. If you look closely at my picture, you can see the goose egg on my head.
I shot my 3 point buck the second to last day. I was so excited! and as you can tell in the picture a little sleep deprived!

Congratulations! It's kind of weird seeing you guys in jackets. It's been in the 80's and 90's here. Today we went to Disneyland and were just dying in the heat. So, who cleans the deer? How do you cook deer meat?

Hello Amber!!!!!!!! I'm so happy I found your blog! Your family is darling. I can't believe how big your girls are. It is crazy how different our lives were just six short years ago at the Belmont! ha ha. Looks like you guys are doing great. I assume you still live in Moab... I love the hunting pics.
