DEER HUNTING

Well, we we had an awesome 4 days deer hunting together. (Sorry to any of you who might be bothered by the first two pictures!) We stayed in this little cabin for two days with our girls and it was great. Mathew got his 4 point on opening day... after I shot at it and simultaneously hit myself in the forehead with the scope when I fired the gun. Anyways, I told him to go after it and he shot it. If you look closely at my picture, you can see the goose egg on my head.

I shot my 3 point buck the second to last day. I was so excited! and as you can tell in the picture a little sleep deprived!

Mathew and the girls feeding the fish.

We went out on a little canoe the resort provided to feed the fish up close!

Mathew & I after hiking a mile or more uphill!... we didn't see anything!

Sitting on the dock...

The little "show-boaters"!

*FAMILY PICTURES*

WE HAD FAMILY PICTURES WITH MY SIDE OF THE FAMILY! THEY TURNED OUT GREAT! WHAT HAPPENED THAT I HAD TOEHEAD DAUGHTERS?

London started dancing... For all who know me, this day was monumental. Definitely a milestone when it comes to girls in my family. I somehow volunteered to be the teacher of "mommy & me". I dreaded it at first, but now have really begun to love teaching my daughter one of the things I love most.

A random picture I found on my camera's internal memory.

Oh Fancy Nancy! Our absolute favorite series of books! Our little library is so wonderful. They recently hosted a "Soiree", or party, in honor of the Fancy Nancy books. All the little girls who attended dressed up all fancy, had a tea party, made crowns, etc. It was SO much fun!

Fancy Nancy's little sister, or our little Madie, was dressed to look just like the little sister from the first book.
